Aluminium DG, condensation etc.

If I have no joy with the window guy this morning I will take the photos - I already noticed the inside silicone by both doors was letting in cold air so lets see how today progresses. Thanks again

By way of update, the fitter's boss arrived yesterday and checked his employees work. Yet again, the fitter had not done a thorough job and the inside requires proper secondary sealing, in addition to the poor primary sealing discovered outside. Hence the reason for the condensation. Such lack of attention to detail and so quick to blame customer's lifestyle for condensation.

If we had some photos to look at we probably could have told you that.
They probably haven't been foamed in either

Pictures attached. Condensation on base of frame on outside, not on glass. Sealant that fitter came and plugged holes outside has improved on below pictures and now left with damp on second base of frame and difficult to photo damp. Do you think it could be localised cooling because thermal break faulty or fitter still has more sealant to apply to outside. I am having a meeting with windows company in the morning and would be grateful for your view so I am not given the b.s. Regards Su

I'm confused, how would poor external and internal silicone cause condensation OUTSIDE?

Crank39... badly worded and typo , I did not mean outside, I meant the inside window frame. Hopefully, it will all be sorted tomorrow morning and I will know if it has worked in due course.
