Unfortunately when the boiler is inexpensive the manufacturer has to make the money elsewhere so they do this when at a later date you require boiler spares.

I would say it is more like a price you do not want to pay instead of BEING ripped off. Clearly a case of you will go elsewhere because the 'service' is to dear.

yep so do I , read in private eye today about some sheister lawyers in London who got £15,000 , damages for one of there clients , there legal fees were £378.000 !!

erm yep thats what you get in a capitalist system if you want to ponce around town tree hugging and preaching thats upto to you but you proberly wont make a living out of it you have no choice but to live and work in it

There's also something in between, don't have to hug trees to treat individualas as you would like to be treated.
