There are 2 types of well paid work:

1. work that requires effort, time, rare skill and care to achieve an outcome. Paid by the hour
2. work that requires rare knowledge, expertise, experience. Paid on results.

Sometimes I spend hours finding or saving very little for my customer other times its the same rinse and repeat approach that has worked many times before and the benefit is huge, while the time spent minimal.
