The top right one shows it stuck to the dashboard instead of the windscreen meaning you can get it lower.

Or, devise a custom bracket, to bolt it direct onto the dash itself.

It's an offence for dvds etc to be able to be seen by driver if vehicle is in drive

In the case of my car the handbrake had to be applied for the DVD to work.
I very rarely used it though (|whilst parked) just a novelty having a TV in the car though the screen was only 7 in.
