Is it just the BBC attrition you are boring us with revealing to us, or do you have other media corporation retirements that are equally as entertaining?

The BBC seems inadequate in policing its own.
And yes, I am sure this happens in many other businesses/corporations.

BBC News understands his contract was terminated earlier this week, because of alleged issues relating to workplace behaviour.
Alleged? If so, what happened to innocent until proven guilty?

I presume they must think they are on solid ground, with there investigation.

They're biding their time, sadly, he's a decent human being, who made and owned up to some misjudgements, and a popular presenter, which is why they're biding their time. Probably end up as an early retirement

I saw an interview with Richard Osman about all things TV, and he said that the BBC sell MOTD around the world for big bucks and GL is the main selling point, maybe true maybe not
 
Jenas is understood to have instructed lawyers, according to the paper, with sources close to him insisting he was “not happy” with the BBC’s decision. According to official figures published last year, Jenas was paid between £190,000 and £194,999 by the corporation.

That's a big wedge saved right there for the licence payer. Time to de-sofa a few more of 'em.
