Appliance Fuse Question

The wife purchased a food mixer today from Argos.

Its Double Insulated so no earth. the wattage is 180w and the cable is 0.75mm the plug is fitted with a 13a fuse.

Is this fuse overkill?

0.75mm flex is only rated to 6A, so a 13A fuse is wrong.
