Are Snap On tools worth the £s ?

Since noticing the flank drive system by Snap On, IE, the corners rounded out, all sockets seem to be like that so presumably, Snap On are selling patent licenses to other manufacturers and raking in a fortune.

This past week I've invested in a set of Bergen brand 3/8 impact sockets, being impact, they'll be that bit stronger.

This morning I've been looking at Bergen comby spanner sets and a review by a mechanic on Amazon reckons they well made with a good chrome finish so I've bagged a set on offer at ebay.
