You should note that the White Knight ECO 43A is a gas tumble dryer. These are a lot cheaper to run (60% cheaper claim Crosslee) but you'll need to have some gas nearby to plumb it in cheaply.
There is, of course the ECO 83A which is a but more expensive, but has dryness sensing. A lot of dryers have this feature anyway now, though manufacturer's still put a premium on it.
