Ariston Genus 27 Expansion vessel

Hi All
I have a Genus 27 combi with 60 Litre HW storage tank. the HW expansion vessel keeps failing. (last one lastes 7 months)
Am now thinking of adding external expansion vessel and would gratly appreciated any advice on the following. What size to make expansion vessel and where to connect to system.
Dont know if familiar with this boiler but it has a HW secondary return which i have connected so hot water circulates.
