The output is NOT mains voltage-there is no way on earth that any manufacturer would stick mains voltage through an RJ modular jack! It's a euro pined transformer outputing low voltage via the RJ jack.

You should be able to find one TBH, you would still have to either get the RJ plug though or cut the cord off the original transformer & solder onto the new.
