Does anyone know where I can find atag fault codes. A customer has e0 69 flashing up. There has been a freakish storm where he lives and the boiler is in a shed. Could it be anything to do with the boiler getting wet?

Many thanks.

Doesn't the customer have a book?

Has he been told to cut power in case this resets it?

Lightening discharges could cause all sorts of invalid code displays or permanent damage!

Has the boiler become wet on the dry parts?

Tony

No or incorrect display.

Do as tony said and reset the boiler.

Ive never seen that error code before and its not in my atag manual. Does the boiler actually fire up? If not, maybe main PCB has been fried by lightning. Theres a case to to be had for always wiring a boiler into a surge arrested outlet.

I haven't got of those to hand. My Blue Angel book says error code 68 is no software present. It doesnt have any higher codes.

I got the pdf for the premier, Q series, Bleuwe Angel 11, MadQ cascade and the brain operation. if you want any of them.
