ATAG is24 boiler not lighting

I have a 4 year old ATAG IS24 boiler that doesn’t appear to be lighting. I currently have no hot water. I’m not however getting any fault codes. I have powered down the unit and upon power up I Get the flame as there is a demand for hot water (and smoke/steam from flue) but this goes out after a minute. The hot water symbol continues to flash.

Any suggestions? ATAG are closed and they appear to have a limited number of installers.
