Not sure about those brands, but have you considered going for OEM-spec tyres (i.e. the original ones that came with the car) or a premium brand with superior wet weather performance, fuel economy or some other feature?
From what I've read in impartial publications it can make a significant difference to fuel economy and/or braking performance when it's most needed.
I've not tested that personally, but I've known people to buy budget tyres and be happy with them, and I've also known people buy randomly-named tyres and then plant their car in a tree the first time it rains.
The minor difference in price makes it worth it, in my opinion.
