"Avertising double rates' for what? What is avertising? Just because you got an e ticket? Whatever one of those is? Is there a point to this thread?
Presumably you got a ticket for parking illegally, were caught, and fined, so why the anger, if you commited an illegal offense?

Hmmm, you never received a ticket then? Traffic wardens are SCUM! They are parasites and leeches that prey on the misfortune of others. Riding around on their poxy scooters. Half of em don't even speak proper English and communicate through grunting!
I was issued a ticket a while ago whilst attending a burst pipe situation in the Camden area. I parked my van around the corner from the job and quickly purchased a ticket from the machine. After fixing the pipe I went back to the van and caught matey issuing me a ticket, I was literally 5 minutes overdue. I explained the situation, burst pipe, speed was crucial etc etc. He did not care a jot! And proceeded to smile whilst walking away, he was lucky I didn't have a set of 18's in my hand!
