Whilst we have MPs and Judges who have no concept of the real world, who have never lived in the real world, these are the sorts of decisions we will have to live with.

Her barbaric boyfriend, 32, got 12 years over Peter's death and life for raping a girl aged two.

He must serve a minimum of ten years but could be out in eight. Yesterday he launched an appeal over both convictions and sentences

His appeal will of course be heard, and no doubt another judge whose world is closeted behind rose-tinted-lenses will see fit to reduce it.
