Yep you will, without any problems.

It may be an idea to have a quick chat with a structural engineer so that you can put your mind at rest and to help you choose what you're looking for though. Everyone on a forum can tell you their opinion but an engineer can give you the full storey in relation to and specifically to your 'design'

I wholeheartedly agree with nosealls comments about your 'barracks' as he called it.

A 25m x 3m long building is going to look horrific without some thought as to the architectural form and details. If property value is a concern then some money spent on an architect could be very well spent or you will have a massive eyesore in your garden.

Out of interest do you have a very unusual shaped plot? Why on earth is the building so long and thin?
