Not sure when, depends on a number of things, but up to 8 or 9 years. Will be central Tokyo.

Wow. Kudos to you mate, for the master plan, I don't know what I'll be doing in 8-9 months!

Bit if both really. There's 30 or so apartments and a small office building to manage /maintain, but I'll either get a part time job or set up something myself on top.... Long term plans are sorted.... It's all the crap in between I haven't planned for
