Baxi 105e pressure problem

I have a Baxi 105e which has correct pressure when heating water, but when it's resting the pressure is at 0 and does not increase when the central heating fires up. Can anyone help and tell me what might be wrong and how to fix it?

the pressure should be 1 to 1.2 COLD
