Sorry about the pump sticker being upside down... that's the way it's been installed. However, i've just noticed the humming noise (can be heard in the video) is coming from those white boxes... they have little leavers on the top of them.

Video of the sound

Image 3 you might notice pump switched off. I only did that to let it cool down

What are the switches on the wall for ,can't read the writing on them.
The white boxes are motorised valves .
What is the current boiler status ?
Turn off the electric supply to the central heating system .

Pump and gas heating
Only gets as far as the fan light now

Where is the radiator in relation to the boiler and cylinder cupboard? Have you checked any air vents on the vertical pipework in the cupboard, have you checked the circulating pump as suggested above? Do you know if your motorised valve is operating as it should?
So there is 2 motorised valves. The left one in the image you fan oull it across and lock it in and the right one you cannot. Theres resistance when you get to a certain point. If this is what you mean

When i move them both to manual and lock them in the weird buzzing noise stops

When im turning everything off. Should i turn the gas heating switch of also with the pump switch? Would that be safe to do. Just want to make sure everything is off when not touching it

Turn the thermostat on the boiler to Just off the OFF position.
take a stick and apply one end to pump and other to your ear after you run the programmer.
The motorised valve/s should open and then boiler energise. At the same time as boiler starts up, you should hear water swishing noise in your ear ( transmitt3d by the stick on the pump).
If the noise is a hum then new pump needed as pump is not turning.

after over heat there is a reset built into the thermostat knob turn it to off leave it for 5 seconds then turn it back to what ever number have you tried this
