Baxi Platinum Plus - problems with plate heat exchange

To me this is amazing that so much time and money is being spent just because no one is managing the situation.


There must be something structurally wrong in an organisation when they will not bring in someone to identify what is needed and do it.

Presumable even the team leaders are not very technically capable.
