bay window and upstairs floor dropping

Hi all, I have a terraced house in Liverpool, but my bay window is dropping/drooping on the left hand side also pulling floor down in front bedroom.
I believe this is very old movement as house hes been worked on by previous owners and all skirting was were the fall sits now.
looking for suggestions and quotes on best way to correct the problem.

...also house is rendered, possibly hiding a multitude of sins, but both houses on each side have no movement and brickwork is still level
