I dont think a bead will help you -they are designed to be fixed in place before rendering and the render is applied over the bead part with the holes inAll,
I guess to finish the render I need something like this

Ive just had a look at the pic taken further back showing the whole run.....it looks to me like you just need to cut a chase with an angle grinder and diamond disc.
you dont need to do anything with the render above your cut line, but below it you might want to take off the pebbledash and possibly screw in a timber batten -so there is something nice and flat for the lead to rest against - if you leave the pebbledash and dress the lead over it, its going to look awfully bumpy.
ideally you need to cut your groove deep enough so that is cuts into the blockwork
