The BBC seem to have totally lost the plot. The coverage of the Thames boat parade was dismal. In stead of the usual excellent BBC coveraqe with learned commentary we were subjected to a cacophany of third rate celebrities who had obvously done no homework, waffling on about nothing in particular. The production side made sure we saw little of the boats as they preferred to show other rubbish instead. And to top it all the "wonderful quality digital TV" just could not handle it, with constant drop out of sound and vision. The BBC had over 500 technicians covering this Jubilee and they cound't manage to keep a microphone working the the broadcast.

Hopefuly they will get some no name producer on POV who will confirm the general public simply are all wrong, it was absolutely brilliant, judged the mood perfectly, so shut up as Auntie knows best and we don't listen in any case...trebbles all round..

I bet it looked impressive if you were there. On TV it looked pretty inane. As for the complaining about the rain - on and on and on and on

Was something going on in London yesterday?...

There was so much waffle.
Why wasnt there more talk about the buildings lineing the bank.
When you think this was taken world wide, it was crap.
If the sun was out, they would have had even less to talk about.

The owld feller's been carted off to the hossie now, probably because of him standing out all day yesterday. Might have finished the old bu**er off.

Pity the nurses that get the Zorba shift... ;)

One would have thought he could have waited till queeny had finished her jubilley ceremonies before he got ill, no respect, off with his head. :p

I feel sorry for the Duke. He'll be treated by a foreign junior doctor after waiting around for four hours and then spend the night on a trolley in the corridor.
