BBC news Black out

Last month the Guardian reported that Many British Jews have come to see the BBC as “institutionally hostile to Israel”, community leaders have said, as they endorsed a report that concluded the broadcaster had failed to cover the Middle East conflict with impartiality.

They were responding to a report authored by the former BBC executive Danny Cohen and the former governor of the BBC Ruth Deech, which says: “Whenever the corporation is faced with the choice of whose account or narrative to believe, it seldom points in Israel’s direction. For Hamas in this war, proof is rarely necessary. For the IDF and Israel, proof is rarely enough.”

I don't think that's true, but Israel does itself no favours in banning the BBC and other accredited news organisations from reporting in Gaza or the West Bank where daily attacks are carried out.
Different issues I would say.

you wont provide anything back up your argument, because you know it will be shot to peaces.

A very amusing claim by the person who can't quote a sentence or paragraph from the law to support his false claim.

Because there isn't one,

You keep going around in circles JohnD.

Which bit don't you understand? the definition of Race and Racial Hatred?
The meaning of having regard for the circumstances?
The broad definition of Stirring Racial hatred?

Or is it the bit "commits an offence".

The BBC news does have a feature that I think can be seen as a type of fault. It relates to the news channel which feeds all of their news. News needs to be prepared and that takes time. This can't be done until the item of news happens. They can also be inclined to analyse it more than some which increases the lag before it's broadcast. They also provide wide coverage. That in itself will cause a lag.

The main problem really is the pundits Some will be politically slanted. Lets take the IFS - they wont get as much as they expect. That can be correct but not for the reasons they suggest. A business might choose to increase productivity. Similar wage problems have caused that to happen more often in France. Some degree of a short term increase in inflation is expected. Get that and the IFS comment is rather misleading. The OBR also came up with an hours of work equivalent but what happens if a business just makes use of that. Their business contracts in all respects.

Another factor - a low wage economy does not encourage improvements in productivity. There can be no net gain so why bother?

The most mentioned problem is productivity related to people who run the public purse It needs to be improved. Tried before but never worked. I'd dispute that because from time to time it has been achieved usually on specific depts.

NHS - scope on productivity has been identified but the work force needs to accept the changes. LOL That can be a problem with any workforce. Starmer - some money can be pumped in to help but other workforce aspects need to be added. Some say the extra money should be turbocharged - well we don't have it.

I understand perfectly that you are unable to quote a sentence or paragraph that supports your false claim.

Because there isn't one.

Stirring hatred towards Zionists is not protected, because they meet the definition of a race, in the public order act, particularly using the above example.

No they don't.

Well, the thread is about the BBC so it's all on topic, really.
No I'm saying the two issues are different.

1 arguing they are bias
2 banning them from the war zone.

different issues, not different issues to the thread.

He now believes some made up rules are to be followed as well. He's easily led.

How do you expect accurate reporting on any issue if a government bans the BeeB? Israel is trying to control the narrative - people like you distort the narrative - and organisations like the BeeB take flak for not being as impartial as Jews would like. They've been long accustomed to having their cake that they can't take legitimate criticism of their government.
