In this Part “racial hatred” means hatred against a group of persons defined by reference to colour, race, nationality (including citizenship) or ethnic or national origins.

There is no "definition of a race."

There is no mention of criticising the actions of a state. Or a political movement. And no mention of criticising racism, apartheid or genocide.

there is no "definition of a race" in the text you pasted.

the definition of a race, in the public order act

Stirring hatred towards Zionists is not protected, because they meet the definition of a race, in the public order act, particularly using the above example.

No they don't.

Everywhere. All the time.

Haven't you noticed the news, current affairs, programmes in general. Stuffed with unrepresentative percentage of ethnics - mostly female. Even token blind people or those in wheelchairs.
So you judge people by those standards, not on whether they can do the job or not?

But black, white, blind or female, any hatred of white indigenous (whatever that is/was) that you can point to?

Not me employing them. Down to BBC, C4, etc. If you haven't noticed the feminisation and black out of presenters these days you can't be watching much tv. If there are any quotas, they've gone way beyond.

Similar to affirmative action in South Africa since 90s. All about the black man for the job, not necessarily the right man.

Even the world of comedy is at it. Eg. Rosie Jones. Barely able to be understood and when you can about as funny as a dose of herpes. But she ticks a few boxes, so she's pushed onto prime time tv.
