not in this area it is not. Burglaries in this area are typically planned and reckied burglaries, rather than random break ins, as these would not go unnoticed. The only random break-ins that happen in this area are people stealing change from unlocked cars.
They would get significantly more swag from a yupie house than a house that was spit into flats after the previous housing crash, and that house is less likely to be renovated, in other words it would be more run down/rudimentary.
breaking form the exterior are pretty much 0% in this road. Terraced houses don't really lend themselves to it. Especially if the end of the block has nice high building blocking access to all the back to back gardens.
