BEKO Dishwasher - water not flowing out

Hi,

I have a BEKO dishwasher, have no idea how old it is, but it has been fine for the last year and then yesterday after I had put a dishwasher cleaner in it would not get rid of the water. We tried to pull the waste tube out the back but it would not come out. Any ideas?
