Beko Fridge Freezer - Fridge icing up and freezing food

I replied in another thread, but I went lateral with problem solving this one and used an on/off timer as a workaround.

I have it set to 45 minutes on and 15 off and the temperatures are now as expected in fridge and freezer.

Hi, so my BEKO fridge freezer is doing a similar problem.. its freezing the bottom half of the fridge and freezer but not freezing the top half(freezer)

Any help or advice on this would be great.
