it does have a clear case plus ive found allot of bells wiring cut as short as possible so its hard to remake connections.

Now you know why I leave a "bit of spare". You might have to go back and move something or make a joint. Or add another detector ( back to back).
Last I heard cable does not stretch.

Each have their own merits. I like certain products from certain companies and often mix and match for the overall soloution.

I love Galaxy panels and Rapier sounders, But thats two high end products.
A Rapier Sounder is over £160.00 you can buy a 6 zone kit all in for that from some places not just the SAB!!!!!

Now ask me my fave access control, then PC based. CCTV, Fire. Get the point? You cannot just generalize.
