I've noted the recommended radius for bending 10mm grey flat twin and earth cable the radius does not work with the wire coming out of the wall into a Mira 9.8 Kwh Azora shower following the route recommended by the manufacturer; the cable has to be bent at a small radius to fit into and down the cable channel then up into the terminal connectors.
However, bending the cable to a radius that is required appears not to be detrimental to the structure of the cable; no stress marks seen and seems to work.
Also, bending this 10mm cable around a 90 degree corner is not practical as the bend needs to be a less radius than recommended by electrical standards.
Any ideas please.
