Kenwood chef. Don’t ask me how but my wife’s first operation of this resulted in this bent pin. Tried hammer and screwdriver, won’t budge, tried hot water on it, won’t budge. Pliers no chance can’t get purchase and the pin is too thick, it will not budge

anyone have an idea how I can get this straight? Or just pay the £75 for a new one?

What sort of material is the pin fitted into? If it's steel then heat the pin to cherry red with a blow lamp and straighten it with flat faced Mole grips or similar.

Looks like a mincer attachment to me, IIRC the pin stops the steel mincer plate from rotating and the main part is a softer casting. Probably a new part from Kenwood if you can't get it out.
