Best Euro locks?.

Consider thumbturns - I love them but a bit like marmite.
Far too easy to operate from the outside in doors with letterboxes and the right bit of kit, or just by putting the window through and reaching in, so be careful where you use them

You have to laugh, on my knees in loft removing rat poo riddled insulation and wife texts saying they've found her keys at work.

Already ordered a set of keyed alike Yale Platinums yesterday afternoon..

Can't make it up.

We have Avocets, partly because they are a relatively local firm to us (Brighouse, West Yorkshire) and I used to work for a firm with a trade account there. No complaints
I used to buy lots from Avocet -they used to employ young women mostly on the sales, all very chatty with strong regional accents.

I found however Mila sold really good Euro cylinders and they would supply me boxes of 20 all keyed the same. thats pretty handy for a business, each job, you just picked as many as wanted for the job all keyed alike, Its notlike my customers all lived next door to one another! and the cylinders were under £4 each

Police have best idea, chain saw down the locking side of the door, doesn't matter what lock you have fitted at that point!.

Hmmmm. Round here it's called a Yorkshire accent... (imagine that being said with another "regional accent", say Lancashire, like mine - you be referring to us as "colonials" next)

That comes unstuck if the door has 2 or 3 silver steel rods resined in (I've done that for clients in the past). Even better put in a 4-way espagnolette with a security plate across the middle, like some bank doors have, and they might have a few problems!

Well I fitted my Yale Platinum locks, lovey and all that but a complete waste of time and money.

Interesting design so you can't knock them through from the outside.
