I stick all my plastering beads on with stixall. You have about an hour before it sets so you have a chance to adjust beads with your first skim. Game changer for me having tried everything from glue gun to tape. Staple gun. Nails. Screws etc.

No. Polymer is not rock hard. It's a cross between silicone and caulk and waterbased paint can be used over it no problems.

Yeah you could stick the brick in with it. Stick anything.
It's harder than silicone. It's a bit like tyre rubber when dry

Good explanation of its cured state. I know its only tsed to tack the beads in place but I would still worry about movement. How long does it take to cure. I am used to pink grip - very fast and also used to silicone acetoxy and netural cure silicones so how long does it take to cure compared to those.

You can paint one straight away but rep said it's better to leave 12h or more hours.

Sticking things it's got high grab. I can't move beads after about an hour but you could probably dig them off with some effort, they ain't going anywhere after a few hours.

You can paint or plaster over polymer straight away.

Great CTI seems good for tricky situations - like wet or damp but if its dry then no need for the extra expense I would of thought.
Stixall it is then.

I've used SticksLike for a long time with no complaints. CT1 apparently slightly better for strength but twice the price, StixAll apparently also better for strength and half the price..

We tend to grab the CT1 when fitting (slither) tiles around Velux etc. The family of polymer flexible adhesive/sealants are all adequate. Helped to revolutionise the way we do some building jobs.

Thanks for the link. Rodger is brilliant love his real world tests and explanations.
So that was very interesting stixall was thinner than the others which helped it spread out more - sounds perfect for sitcking my gloss PVC hygiene pvc pannels to the wall and cabinet sides.
Pink grip out performed the CT1 as did others in that test although he said it was the MDF that failed yet pink grip stood the test - maybe it soaks in the mdf further.
Would like to see the same test but on somthing better than mdf I think that was always going to fail.
