Best wall tile adhesive and grout ?

Hi, I am about to tile my bathroom and wondered what the best wall tile grout and adhesive to use (not the combined stuff). The ceramic tiles are 240mm x 400mm.
Preferably non slip and anti mould as well.

bal/mapei/weber... there are lots out there mate, and depends on your budget at the end of the day.

ok thanks, a medium priced adhesive and medium priced grout. Is the ready mixed worth buying ?

your tile is over 300mm,so you would need to buy a "bagged" adhesive mate.
topps stuff is ok, about £20 odd quid a bag.. others might not agree but its a cermic tile your fixing.

I am thinking of using the unibond tile on wall antibacterial Grout, ready mixed. Is the ready mixed grout okay ?

Any advice appreciated.

Hope your not slating unibond ,you will have Joe90 after you if your not careful..........haven't seen him on here for a while in fact since Gcol and Jeff disappeared..........you don't think they were multiple personalities of the person do you??

Ok will go for the Mapei Keraquick White for adhesive
and Mapei Ultracolor Plus for grout

go for a "grey" adhesive mate, will be cheaper than the white.

ok thank you, read on screwfx website that they sell Mapei Tile Adhesive Primer. Description as follows - Water-based synthetic resin primer. For use with cement-based tile adhesives in priming plaster surfaces.

Is Mapei Keraquick a cement based tile adhesive ?

I.e. in short do i need tile adhesive primer ?

Ah-ha, multiple identities, now theres trickery; I got me suspicions about all sorts of things that go on but only Admin will know the truth

Anyways, I quiet like joe ; unlike others, he’s never had a real go at me & when he's not being Mr Nasty, there is often sense under there; I think he just likes to be cantankerous occasionally.
