if your not fast at tile fixing then dont use the "keraquick" this is a rapidsetting cement based addy.
i would advice the "keraflex" you will have more time with this addy mate.

as for the primer you mention yes that will do you..its called PRIMER G..

If it’s bare plaster, yes but if it's painted you won’t get a reaction. If it’s vinyl emulsion, a bonding primer would be better but cement based adhesive will stick like STAB on practically anything.
