Not required all the work is done from the top, if sump is leaking and needs replaced that is different, but parts still available @ScottishGasMan will be able to confirm for you, I have tagged him so he will see this post, he is an instructer for them
Ok so quite a few folk are getting confused on here as they are thinking of the wrong boiler. the 330+ is a heat only flexicom. The sump is not removable so there never has been a spare part for sump seals.
Everything's available as they typically make spares for 15 years after the end of the boiler production which is 7 years ago, yours must have been one of the last off the line.
Chances are its been in 7 years and never had a full service. I'm not going into any detail due to DIY rules on gas advice on this forum. They can get "beyond" servicing where heat exchanger requires replacement. Only way to know is to get someone familiar with the boiler type to get a look.
when you say leaking from the pipe. do you mean the grey/white flexible pipe beneath the boiler? not uncommon for these to leak where they are pushed onto plastic condensate pipe. Not a great fit sometimes. Just a cable tie will solve the leak most times. If it leaking from within the boiler casing then thats an issue for the engineer to have a look at
