There are people who believe rape, murder, terrorism is ok too. Where do you stop?
Place of worship was just an example of where acceptance of peoples right to their religious beliefs will conflict with the other views you're trying to enforce upon them.
You have indirectly benefited from the slave trade. As gruesome as it is we (in the Western World) all have in some way. People just conveniently choose to airbrush history to help cleanse their soul. No-one today would have the balls to live in the pre-industrial or pre-trade age. You can slag them off as you please but without the cruelty of traders and industrialists you'd be dead at 30. Carry on kidding yourself that in their place, at the time, under their conditions, you'd have done any different.
It seems OK to to send millions of men to their deaths in the name of war but it's only ever a crime if it's claimed to be done in the name of progress. I take it you're very careful to ensure everything you buy is sourced from a slave-free supply chain?
Yours is a very simplistic view of the world's problems and of bigotry, It seems to come straight from Harriet Harman's *rse.
