This stat was only there to control the UFH. The radiators and hot water have their own controls
The RF switch will only be switching on the boiler for the UFH.
In that case it's simpler:
The mains supply comes via the 3A fused spur supplying the rest of the system. So you can pick this up where convenient. [FCU / Boiler / Wiring Centre]
For Boiler and Pump enable:
The grey wire from Ls connects to the grey wire from the existing heating motorised valve
The orange wire from Lr connects to the orange wire from the existing heating motorised valve
The UFH manifold pump could be wired to the UFH heating motorised valve as per the previous example.
For boiler enable, it will use the relay in the RF switch instead of the motorised valve contacts, as per the manufacturers design. I suspect this is provided for UFH systems with several zones. If all of the zone actuator controls could link to the switch wirelessly it would save running multiple sets of wires.
