I used to be tight when I was a teen and bought trainers from Shoezone. I ended up with blisters, some which needed bleeding off. Since I have moved to Nike Air max 95, I have had no issues.

Me too I will spend money on good shoes, Generally Nike air or just as good and my work shoes better than the crap from scrrwfix.

I’ve ordered a Firestick 4K Ultra HD for £29.99 instead of the usual £49.99 and I’m waiting to see if a Bose soundbar that Mrs Mottie is buying me for my birthday goes down but apart from that, if it’s anything like previous years it’s just the shyte that they want rid of and are 'discounting', just like any normal sale. Most 'bargains' on the day are just not! A few years ago I waited for the sale as I wanted a set of Bose Bluetooth noise cancelling earphones for my daughter and they went UP a tenner on the day!

I bought a new hob, oven and dishwasher and saved £500 compared to a couple of weeks ago.
I had been monitoring prices since beginning of September.
Boss is happy with new appliances (old ones were 20+ years old) and my wallet too.

There are some great deals out there, most retailers use it to sell off end of line items, and same range of products likely in Christmas/Jan sales too, with new stock coming in for the new year.
