Blanco Lantos sink what about the waste?

Purchased a Blanco Lantos 5S.

Having trouble finding a suitable waste.

It has the main bowl and a perforated drainer. This is square shaped and I cannot find a waste fitting.

On box it states Pack I blanco waste and pack H pipework is required. Cannot find anything on the internet about these.

All waste seem to be round and none square.

Any advice gratefully received.
