Blitz Cities

Has anyone been watching the Blitz Cities series this week? Luckily for me, I was born well after the war but some of the stories told by the survivors are heart breaking. The series has covered London, Liverpool, Norwich, Cardiff and Birmingham. How Britain ever managed to sustain that amount of damage and carry on is beyond me.
Any muesli munchers out there that think we should apologise for bombing Dresden should watch this series on iplayer.

To be fair, they did mention Coventry but focused on Birmingham more because it has largely gone unnoticed by the rest of the Country that they sustained so much damage.
