Block laying rates

what the latest block laying rates for the southeast at the moment?

I got quoted £25 m2 if I provide labourer £35m2 without. I need to lay around 1000 blocks on a pretty straight forward layout.

Assuming a good brickie can lay 150 a day with a labourer That's 7 days work for £350 a day.

That seem about right?

What size blocks?

Standard 100mm X 215mn med density light weight, 100m2 (1000 blocks).

Seems a bit steep to me however if that is the going rate around you then you have little choice.
Also the site may be difficult you might have lots of corners or openings etc.
