Hi
I live in a cul de sac and our road off the mmain road into the cul de sac is block paved and on a slight incline (it is approx 30m long and shared amongst four houses).
We have had a lot of snow up here in the North and this block paved road has been more or less covered in ice for the past week or two.
Now it is starting to thaw due to the rain etc I have noticed a lot of blocks have risen slightly and the road is higher in some places than others, also when I stand in certain places, water is forced out / expelled.
What could be the cause of this do you think, and how might it be rectified. All of our drives (which branch off this little road) are also block paved but the problem hasn't occured there.
thanks in Advance
