Hi I'm a handyman doing work on a rental property and have been asked to quote for this job. They have asked to keep it a basic/cheap as possible.
The ceiling was water damaged from above.
What I had planned to do is glue the blown plaster to the sheet that's fixed to ceiling joists. Then cut new board in to create an area I can fill and sand. The Finnish doesn't need to be perfect, just sound.
FYI I can't skim plaster, just fill and sand.
I'd appreciate any thoughts on my process and any suggestions or better ways of doing it thanks
I've attached pics
Thanks in advanced
