What is the total length of the flue measured from the top of the boiler to where it exits?

No firestop required it isn't an open flue.

I thought it needs one support per supplied length of flue, subject to a minimum of 1.6M (or is it 1.4M) apart. plus before and after every change of direction

How is that sh*ttee metal plate they supply ever going to stop a fire in the first place. Its bonkers they call it a firestop

1.8m maxiumum clipping distance on a straight length of flue. Or clipping on every change of direction. I always just clip on every joint.
