I reckon it was just as well they did it before you needed to use the boiler

we have been living there over a year.

using said boiler.

from what i can gather they had installed the hole too high and instead of re drilling or anything the just bent the pipes down and clamped it on. unfortunatly the clamp appears to have come off. unsure how long agon though..
you like my diagram did it in paint

:D

Good drawing :cool:

Interesting positioning of the cooker extract :eek:

lol yer

Got the guy who did the origional install coming out this evening to have a look at his own handy work

Should be interesting.. :)

To be honest if it can be proved that this has happened due to poor fitting its surely RIDDOR reportable.. not that anything ever happens if you do...but procedures and all that :rolleyes:

SHouldn't there be a locking band :eek:

gas to boiler should've been disconnected and capped.

Bet'cha the condensates wrong as well...no one plumbs these Aristons in properly. Post a picture of the pipework underneath the boiler.

Well at least the condense has an air break......the pipe jigs not screwed to the wall though.

And the CH return has been leaking.

The condense trap looks as if it has leaking for a while too!

The tennat could clean that out though as they put it in a convenient position!
