Makes little difference as to how easy it is to fix if it fails.

I would agree with your installer, get the internal pump system boiler, your covered then

And keep the expansion vessel ? Should I go for veismann Vitodens 200w which was only available in system that’s why I didn’t go for it but think it’s better then 100w? Thanks

Yeah that's about right, if it was 1 engineer it be 2 days.

You need to put the specs side by side.

I would choose the one that has better modulation and pump flow rate.

You will likely find there is next to no difference between the 2 other than looks and features you won't use

Are you having smart controls (opentherm controls)?

Veissman doesn't accept 3rd party open therm controls, you have to use there smart system to make the most of the modulation.

If your not going for the smart opentherm control then stick to the 100w

Look at the flow rate you need for the system load, the minimum flow rate across the boiler then residual head of the internal pump from the Viessmann booklet. That's might just be why you pay a price for the installers knowledge.
