Boiler not firing up

Looking at your picture pump is wired from your boiler so for pump to be on power is getting down there so as has been already said no problem with the programmer.
As for operation of boiler first thing that should happen is the fan should come on you should be able to hear this if you can`it is prob shot, then because case removal is required to check this you should get someone in.

But if you do remove case via the 2 screws after bottom panel removed you can check for 240v at fan connections if its there and fan not running it`s new fan req if no 240v it`s probably the board.

Check if the boiler is locked on overhead (found in pocket under boiler).

Timer lights are on. Fat chance of bother zones on timer being defective.
 
doesn`t have to be fan flue version. Ddin`t they make b/f version of the profile?

If so it could have the sit nova 820 gas valve on it.Solenoids on these gas valves breakdown quite a lot.

The problem was that the PCB in the boiler had died.

It was replaced & now the boiler works (after £100 for the part, then labour cost on top of that) :(
