Bojo U-Turn here we come

Only time, and not your clairvoyance, will tell.
"While Europeans may take delight in lampooning Donald Trump, they also respect (and fear) the power of his office. But no one’s afraid of Johnson...."

Lol.

The Torys are playing a smart game. They always defend their utterly iditlotic policies by saying whatever else happens we must stop Corbyn. By making this a pitch between Bojo and Corbyn it becomes one of personalities and not policies. So the papers do a continual hit job on Corbyn but never really go into the policies.

The tory policies are failed, whatever you think of labour, they have actually put thought into their policies to tackle underinvestment and inequality.

The tory policy keep leaning further right. Bojo own commitents are unfunded he simultaneously wants to cut taxes and increase spending, that means rising debt.

Have any of the brexers thought of a way that we will be better off after leaving?

Nope.

Least of all motman.

Because for 3 years we've had a useless overpowered stubborn school teacher at the helm which i agree i never voted for either and neither would i. Perhaps it seems evident this time that the only way to honour the DEMOCRATIC vote is to be polarised somewhat and that starts with a Brexiter at the helm not a weak pro remain trying to please everyone.
It was evident from early negotiations May was too weak to negotiate with the right mindset and passion.

That is not the fault of Boris.
Nah, Im afraid not.

Youve fallen for another one 'there hasnt been a true brexiteer at the helm'

The parliamentary arithmatic hasnt changed so Boris wont get any further. Who you gonna blame then, perhaps the claim will be he wasnt Brexity enough.

The pound to euro exchange rate displayed little volatility following the news of Boris Johnson’s accession to the role of Prime Minister yesterday morning. Experts initially predicted that the exchange rate would fall if Johnson became PM but the pound went on to soar.

So, those damn "experts" got it wrong. Again!

The pound went on to soar.

You think the value of the pound rose since we found out Boris was going to be PM?

You are wrong.

So, that damn amateur got it wrong. Again!

Show us the graph that you were looking at.

Here's one I prepared earlier.

Have you been able to think of a way that you believe the UK will be better off by resigning from the EU yet?

No?

Thought not.

silly motman has no evidence to support his own false claim, so he tries to cast doubt on the graph visible today on the FT website

Poor try, motman.

you failed again.

Motman did not show you where he copied his words from, but the quote goes on to say "The “lack of volatility” has been attributed to markets being well-prepared for Boris Johnson beating Conservative rival Jeremy Hunt. The outcome had therefore “been priced into the pound” for the past month."

As the FT graph shows, the pound's value has not been "soaring" since the Buffoon lumbered towards Clowning Street. It has been drooping, and still is today.

It was already priced in. I wouldn't offer an opinion on car mechanics and you shouldn't offer opinions on finance and markets - you just end up making a fool out of yourself.

There’s methodology in car mechanics, not 'opinions'. So what exactly are you qualified in then? Looking through your posts, you’ve got opinions on ****ing everything!

The exchange rate of the pound is not an opinion, it's a fact.

Where's the facts to support your false claim?

He's trying to insinuate he's a big player. Mover, shaker, moneymaker.
