Because her work refused to allow her to work from home (tricky if you're treating patients in a hospital setting). I haven't checked the guidance but I believe at least some hospitals only class you as vulnerable in the last trimester.If she is pregnant why Tf is she working in a hospital at this time
How could he report back to Cummings and await his latest set of instructions, without having been there?

Oddly enough, people find time to criticise Labour politicians for their supposed shortcomings, even though they are not steering the ship. You see phrases like "well such and such would have been worse.." etc.
How bonkers is that DP? Do you think the PM is beyond criticism? Do you think we should all be targeting Jeremy Corbyn instead?

Nosealls challenged for today, as he seems to spend alot of time on here, prove he can make a constructive criticism about anyone other than Boris or Trump and still manage to post something relevant on GD. Shall i give you a choice of other people or issues you could pick up on?

I reckon he's been furloughed.
More worrying, he might think he's furloughed.
But to be fair, he was on ICU, this wasn't a sniffle, he was very sick. It takes time to recover from that. To give him the benefit of the doubt he may be organising things from his sick bed and letting the cabinet handle the enegry-sapping public engagement.

Exactly - am absolutely no Boris fan but he was ill... is nobody allowed a recovery period? And unless I am mistaken, there's quite a few senior politicians out there who should be able to keep things going while he's off.
Not being argumentative or anything but I should imagine the staff who went to the meetings would've reported back to Johnson. Am pretty sure, even though the gov are crud, they'd have managed some sort of communication?! I'd hope anyway!
